Property Condition Contingencies
 

After the auction's conclusion the Seller will furnish for the winning bidder's review a property condition disclosure statement (if this is a residential property.)  

Property Inspections, Appraisal, and Surveys

 

Following the auction the winning bidder will be contacted by the listing agent to prepare or receive an offer to submit to the Seller. 

 

Debts and Deeds

The Buyer will receive a Warranty Deed or a Lease Assignment and be able to purchase title insurance. Any mortgages or debts against the property will be paid from the proceeds of the sale.  

Closing Costs Date and Closing Agency
 

The listing agent will submit the winning bidder's offer to the seller and the closing will take place within 45 days of the acceptance of the offer by the seller.  The closing will take place at the office of Title & Escrow Services, 111 Office Park Drive, Suite A, Brandon, MS 39042
